3-month warranty

Premium materials, years of expertise in making functional socks, compression knee socks and calf sleeves, our unique solutions, and a two-stage quality control process – all of this ensures the excellence of every product we make. That’s why we provide a 90-calendar-day warranty on our own products from the moment the item is sold (shipped).

Warranty terms

Items accepted for exchange or return must be clean, dry, free of any odors, complete, and in their original packaging.

PLEASE NOTE

Any sock product that has been worn after purchase cannot be exchanged or returned as a non-defective item. The only exception is a defect that resulted from the manufacturer’s fault.

In addition, warranty service is not provided:

  • for products purchased from other stores or third parties;
  • if the product was damaged due to failure to follow the care instructions indicated on the packaging;
  • in case of mechanical or chemical damage;
  • if the defects were repaired independently (by the buyer or third parties);
  • after the warranty period has expired;
  • outside the Ukraine-controlled territories;
  • for discounted products (second-grade products).

If your situation falls under the warranty terms, contact PROTECTOR® support and provide the manager with your order number. To process your request, we will need the sales receipt or proof of payment along with the original packaging, so we recommend keeping them.

Please report any visible defects, as well as any discrepancies in quantity, product type, or set contents, right when you receive your order. Hidden defects that resulted from the manufacturer’s fault and could not have been detected at the time of delivery may be reported at any time during the warranty period (90 calendar days).

If a defect that resulted from the manufacturer’s fault is found, we guarantee a refund or a replacement with a new item within Ukraine-controlled territories – at our expense.
